Location. Le Centre Sheraton Montreal is located one block from Ste. Catherine Street shops and two blocks from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Mont-Royal Park's hiking and biking trails are less than two kilometers from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Bistro Le Boulevard restaurant serves bistro-style cuisine in a European-style setting. Le Café bar features a fireplace, couches and leather chairs. The business center includes two computer workstations with high-speed Internet access for a fee, serves guests 24 hours a day and is staffed from early morning until mid-afternoon. The hotel also features meeting rooms and a ballroom that accommodates up to 1,000 people. The outdoor terrace adjoins a sixth-floor day spa, a fully equipped fitness center, and an atrium-style lap pool where the attendant dispenses towels and oversees Cécile, the hotel's Trinidadian parrot. In-room safes accomodate laptops. High-speed Internet access is available.
Expert Tip. The Montréal Forum, once home to Montréal Canadiens' hockey games, is two subway stops from the hotel. Now an entertainment complex, it retains some original seats. Visitors can sit on a player's bench beside a life-sized statue of the team's legendary forward Maurice "Rocket" Richard.
