Nuances provides gourmet fare and has a five diamond rating. Your taste buds will not be disappointed with its unique dishes, fresh ingredients and vintage wines that will make up your meal. Nuances also provide an extra bit of romance, as it is located on the fifth floor of the casino providing you with great views of Montreal. The restaurant can seat up to 72 people and is open every day as follows: Sunday to Thursday 5:30pm to 11:00 pm and Friday and Saturday 5:30pm to 11:30pm. Buffet La Bonne Carte
If you are looking for something fast, tasty and inexpensive then La Bonne Carte is a good choice. The provide lunch and dinner buffets with a choice grilled meats, salads and sandwiches. The restaurant seats 240 people and is open daily from 11am. The lunch buffet costs 14.95 and the dinner buffet costs 22.95. Both prices are in Canadian dollars.

Via Fortuna
Via Fortuna is an Italian restaurant that overlooks the water. The menu here has reasonable prices, 10.95 Canadian dollars for an express lunch and 15.95 Canadian dollars for the Table d'hote menu. It is a good place to come if you are with a group of people as there is a good choice of pizza, pasta, seafood and meat dishes, meaning there should be something to satisfy everyone. The restaurant is open everyday from 12:00pm to 9:00 pm Sundays to Thursdays and 12:00pm to 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

There are four different bars located in the casino each with its own unique characteristics. La Rotonde has a selections of beers from the microbreweries of Quebec, Le Chevel is located near all the casinos action so you won't have to wander to far from your slot machine to get a drink, Le Jardin d'hiver specialises in scotches and ports with a relaxing atmosphere and at Le Carre you will find live music performances.

Opens hours are always! That's right the casino is open seven days a week 24 hours a day. You must aged 18 or over to enter the casino and admission to the casino is free.

From the 1st of May to the 31st of October the casino provides a free shuttle bus. The shuttle bus runs from 12:00pm to 7pm (9pm in July and August) each day to the casino from a number of locations:
- Centre Infotouriste 1001, Square-Dorchester Street

- Palais des Congres, Viger entrance 201, Viger Avenue West

- Montreal Science Centre, Old Port 2, de la Commune Street West (corner of St-Laurent, stop # 12)

The last shuttle leaving the casino is at 7:30pm except in July and August when it is 9:30pm.
